A young story of success.

Everything started in 2004. In a cellar of their furniture shop in Gummersbach, the brothers Kai and Karsten Schmalenbach started to produce sliding doors and room dividers. Having no product to offer which would be individual enough and would have the right quality, the brothers decided to continue their way. The production of sliding doors developed to a complete furniture manufacturing. 2006 Schmalenbach design moved into another production facility with integrated showroom and working spaces.
